Does the Basic Package include the print-ready PDF and Source File?
My basic package include only print ready file. Only premium package include the source file (future editable version) and print-ready PDF. However, source file will be provided after the design is approved.
I have all content text and logo ready, but I have no images, do you provide stock image to design booklet, brochure, magazine and flyer?
Yes! we will provide high resolution stock images according to given content texts or related to your company. However, there will be some charges for them.
Is there any chance to redesign/update my previous design, will it be same charges according to the gig packages?
If you have source file (Editable version) which previous designer or company have made, charges will be reduced. If you have only PDF or words texts including images, it will cost by gig packages.
Can you provide me your previous work example or samples or portfolio?
Yes, we have uploaded our work sample on Flicker and will send it to you upon request. If you would like to see the full design in detail contact us directly and we will provide you with a copy.
Which tools do you use to create the document?
We always use Adobe Indesign for page formatting, catalog, booklet, magazine layout etc. Adobe Photoshop for flyer, poster, brochure, two pages menu etc. Adobe Illustrator for flyer, brochure, logo, etc
How long does it take to make revisions?
Our goal is to provide highest quality project with no delays. In most cases there will be no delay to the original delivery time. However, sometimes we may need to use extra time.
How many pages does a folded brochure contain?
Basic folded brochures contain 4 pages, but you can add as many pages as you wish for an extra charge. Please keep in mind that the final number of pages must be multiple of 4 in each brochure for the technical reason of enabling the print and fold process.
Is the content (text) included in the package?
Unfortunately, we’re a professional designer, not a copywriter, so you would need to provide us with the content that you would like to include in the brochure or flyers in Word or any editable format.
